Whilst the jewellery there is pretty to look at and does have SOME cheap prices itu2019s not somewhere I recommend you get your ears pierced at.nnI had my ears pierced and whilst the lady was lovely made sure everything was sanitised, itu2019s not somewhere Iu2019ll be telling ppl to go. I got a piercing done and was always spraying it was the spray you get and moving it about and avoiding sleeping on that side. However a week later I thought it would be ok to take the earring out and give it a proper clean with the spray and a Q tip, boy was I wrong. I couldnu2019t get the backing off using just my fingers so I got some tweezers to hold the ball and used my fingers to take the backing off, but that still didnu2019t work I made sure my ear was dry of any oils and yet I still couldnu2019t get it out no matter how much I tried. But eventually I did but not in the way one would like. The backing never came off in fact the ball went into the actual lobe and when I pulled it again I was able to get it out the other side. It ended up bleeding a bit but my mum was able to help me fix the issue.nnThis isnu2019t something youu2019d want happening to a child cause they would freak out start crying and probably have to be taken to the ER to get it properly removed.nnAlso donu2019t believe the FREE piercing sign because itu2019s not free at all. You have to buy an earring to be put it costing upwards of $70 not sure where the FREE part comes from. Maybe if youu2019re a child itu2019s free but the sign doesnu2019t state that nor are there any signs saying you have to purchase a tiny ball to put in.nIu2019ve added a picture of the micro ball that they used

Staff have always been nice and never any issues . However I visited this store when it was extremely hot outside. The store is small and unfortunately a young staff member had extremely bad underarm odour and I had to leave. I understand that this may be a cultural thing but I donu2019t think this is acceptable and I think itu2019s cruel. I worry too that she may be bullied or met with unkindness. Iu2019m coming from a place of concern and love

Went to the store with my mum. This staff wear spectacles and has no interest in customer service! She was wearing earpods and did not listen to us whilst we tried asking price! When asked again, she replied u201cyou can check at the backu201d and again in her own world! We got earrings and she packed them in such a bad manner in rush! Adding, threw the earrings at me LITERALLY! I was in shock and denial and left the store while making me feel so sad about the whole experience! Why would you guys hire someone who is highly unprofessional and rude and has NO INTEREST in customer service.
