Lovisa | Dandenong

People just love to complain, these negative reviews just donu2019t make any sense to me.nnI just had the best kindest service in this store, first time Iu2019ve been here..nAmberlee and Mansoora went above and beyond to help me pick out some gifts. Along with their smiles, banter and exceptional customer service, I cannot be a happier girl! Thank you ladies for the wonderful experience today

Very rude unhelpful staff. I tried to return a pair of earrings that broke on the same day Iu2019d purchase.nI returned the next day and was told that nothing could be done. No refund no exchange. She then told me that any jewellery can not be exchanged or refunded after 24 hours even if broken.nI challenged this and told me to look up their return policy.nWhich I have and it states that broken items can be refunded or exchanged.nI would like to suggest Lovisa educate their staff on customer service and policy as this girl was most unpleasant and unprofessional.

I done the ear piercing from here and that was my first and worst experience from lovisa. I have done nearly before month. And i visit today because my earing stuck in the ear . And request for help but she directly refuse to do it. I will never come back here . Very bad experience really hated this.
