Horrible customer service. I went in to try and get someone to help me with my wedding ring that I had just bought. I literally wore it for a week and it was giving me a bad skin rash due to the hollow space on the inside of the band. I was served by two older ladies, who one is the senior staff I'm guessing. I told her I need the hollow space filled and was happy to pay extra for the changes to be done. She proceeded to tell me it's because I was not cleaning it (even though I told her I only wore it for a week and was reacting after a few days). She also told me their jewellers wouldn't be able to do anything about because that's how they make all their rings now due to the price of gold being so high. She said I should go see a private jeweller instead. I was just given a whole bunch of excuses and blame put on me as the consumer when all I needed was a solution since I was not happy with their product. I went to Angus and Coote in Karrinyup and the first thing the young girl said was I'm so sorry that's happened, can send it off to our jewellers for you and they can come up with a solution. Don't waste your time going to Ellenbrook store, they are more worried about hanging up Sale signs than helping their customers.

The most wonderful customer service, the ladies were so lovely, super helpful and were engaging to talk too. To the owners you are very lucky to have such great women working for you - this was Easter Saturday afternoon.

Amazing customer service, young gentleman I think his name was Jay, had excellent knowledge of the product and helped me find the perfect piece!! He is a young respectful bloke. Definitely coming back!!
