Brilliant customer service. After going to several jewellry stores and ignored by most, we were greeted with kindness and sincerity. Given options for our purchase and felt heard not rushed. Highly recommend !

Iu2019ve lived in Australia my whole life, and this is the first time Iu2019ve ever experienced something like this, even though I remained completely polite throughout.nThis happened on Saturday, 29th November, and this review is directed specifically towards one staff member (an Asian lady, possibly from Nepal or Bhutan u2014 I donu2019t recall her name). This feedback is not for the entire team, as the manager and another colleague were polite and respectful.nDuring my visit, this staff member processed an exchange without confirming anything with me, even though I was still on the phone and had never asked for an exchange. When I questioned it, she became defensive, rude, and raised her voice in front of other customers instead of acknowledging the mistake. The other team members tried to calm her down but she was literally yelling.nBecause of her behaviour, I ended up paying for something I didnu2019t want and would never have agreed to. I had planned to purchase more items, but this experience completely changed my mind.nThe rest of the team was professional, but this staff memberu2019s conduct was unacceptable and ruined the entire experience. I wonu2019t be returning or recommending this store based on this interaction alone.

Order a piece of jewellery as it has to be made 4-6 weeks , waited and it came but wrong specifications as to what i ordered, yellow gold i wanted but white gold is what came.nNow have to wait another 4-6weeks . Stupid causing unnecessary delays.
