Needed some assistance in a size exchange and was served immediately with a high quality of service by all the staff. Sophie was on it and was quick to get everything done perfectly. Very thankful and super happy.

I visited this Pandora store on Saturday, December 13 with my husband and a friend. We entered the store to ask about prices, but a staff member rudely asked if we were in the queue, even though there was no one at the entrance and no instructions given.nnWhen we explained this, both the staff member and her supervisor spoke to us in a rude tone and asked us to go back to the entrance. The staff member did not greet us, did not approach us to help, and refused to assist when we asked for prices. Instead, she went to complain to her supervisor.nnWe felt embarrassed in front of other customers and decided to leave. Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service for a brand like Pandora.
