Kinda really weird that they charge you $20 to engrave a charm that is meant to be engraved(I didnu2019t have to pay to engrave the charm when i went maybe a year or two ago at another store im not sure if policy has changed)pens also werenu2019t working when i went to use the machine but it turned out okay using my finger. Staff were nice though.
