The service at the Booragoon store was outstanding, even more so considering that I was there on Boxing Day.nI was welcomed by Issy who offered to help me as I walked in. I was looking specifically for a Disney charm for my daughter and Issy showed me what was available in the store. As they didnu2019t have the one I was looking for, she called my local store. As they werenu2019t able to answer, she took my details and offered to follow up, then offered to help me order it online.nAs Iu2019m not the most tech savvy person and didnu2019t have my glasses on me, she helped me in ordering it without making me feel silly. She was incredibly kind and had great customer service. She made me feel like I was the most important person to her while I was in the store.nDefinitely recommend this store and Issy.

There wasa short tan girl black hair who was just standing there even after we asked for help she said some excuse and went to someone else so so so so rude my husband and I were appalled.nDonu2019t go

Very forthcoming with specials that were on. I walked away extremely happy as Laureen was just so lovely & truly made my day!
