Emma Harrold 1 ★ 2022-10-18Donu2019t buy from here unless you want to waste your money. My boyfriend got me an opal ring and the opals have fallen out twice now. I have only had it for 2 years. The first time I was lucky and found the opal. When I took it in for them to fix I got it back two months later and it was still lose. They didnu2019t care and wouldnu2019t fix it because it was two days after the year warranty. I wasnu2019t as lucky today and canu2019t find the opal. Now I have a ring that was so sentimental to me that I canu2019t wear and have to spend more money on buying a new opal. The service is horrible and the older lady is so rude and does not care. Strongly recommend not going here.
