Beautiful menu2019s dress watch! The entire team was so friendly and helpful. I had enquired about the availability of this specific model at the Kwinana store last week. After confirming with their team, I purchased the watch at Warnbro as that was the only location with stock. Following my purchase, I asked the Kwinana store if they could assist me with adjusting the watch strap by removing some links. One of the lovely staff members was kind enough to help me with this request.nnI really appreciate the great service and will definitely be back for future jewellery and watch purchases. My husband and daughter went to proud . With me he was going to buy a Gold earrings. And I was looking at a necklace.. The older lady is there kept trying to hurry us up.. And then she started yelling at us saying that sheu2019s going to call security. and we did nothing at all .except for trying to get served .no customer service at all. And she ended up putting the necklace and the earrings on one transaction .and we told her it was two transactions and she just kept arguing with us and she was yelling at the top ofnvoice. And kicking us out of the shop. Iu2019ve never been so disgusted in a store in my life.. as I will never go there again. and we told her to cancel the transaction .and make two separate ones. She wouldnu2019t do it their transaction I had to end up leaving without my jewelry but my daughter had already paid for hersso she got hers and we left but she should get the stack for trading people my piece of dirt.

I purchased these studs as a gift for a friend and was quite disappointed with the quality. One of the sticks was loose upon arrival. I returned to have the issue resolved, but unfortunately, no assistance or resolution was provided. This experience was very disappointing, both in terms of product craftsmanship and customer service. I would not recommend this item based on my experience
