Erin Ashby 5 ★ 2025-10-31I went at closing time on Friday night (31/10) and bought a new dress watch. The girl working was so helpful in getting it to fit right on my wrist even though she had to stay back after closing to help. I felt awful but she was so lovely and pleasant and you could tell she was genuine and wanted to ensure my watch fit correctly before I left. Both girls were so lovely, I hope they get commended for their amazing customer service. So sweet, and so helpful. Thankyou girls again :) watch looks/feels great!

She was incredibly kind, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. Shahda went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well-informed, and her professionalism and warm attitude made the experience truly enjoyable.nnShe is an absolute gem for the store and a great example of excellent customer service. I really appreciate her help and would highly recommend her to anyone visiting the store.

Chie 5 ★ 2025-07-02I was assisted by Mawdy as I was looking for certain style and would like it in gold and in silver. She tried her best to look for the closest and gave me suggestions. They didnt have what I wanted but i am very happy with the service. Good job girl.
