Bought some jewellery from here recently and the service that me and my wife received from Kim was outstanding. We found her very approachable. She answered our questions no problems and helped us pick out the perfect gift for our kids. Thankyou Kim will definitely go there in future and buy through her again.

Would like to share my experience shopping at this storeu2026..can not speak more highly of Kim and her professionalism towards us while trying to purchase a gift for my granddaughter on 27/11. She was more than happy to help me selecting my gift. I have been a customer of this store for many years and she has always been my go to.She is always nice to her customers and goes out of her way to help. Kudos Kim, keep up the good work.

The Staff was so rude and dismissive. Especially Kim. She had no manners, no store etiquette whatsoever ever. I was very nervous to buy a product as i donu2019t know much about the brands and it was an important gift etc. I needed assistance in choosing and she couldnu2019t be more disinterested in helping me. She just wanted to get the sale over and done with. She was more interested in coversating with her other staff memeber during the transaction and deciding of the product. Just before purchase of sale i became indecisive due to her lack of input in choosing the right gift. Therefore, i chose a different product and she seemed to be very annoyed by this. Sighing and storming off to the cabinet. Would never come here again, especially if she is on. Prouds needs to review their staff and how they treat their customers.
