Mid last year I had a lovely girl in here fit me for a new bracelet, we picked a size that gave me plenty of room. I by no means have slender wrists. She then grabbed a new one and boxed it up. It was a gift to me from my mum that I have not long received. Unfortunately after opening the gift, we have discovered she has given us the smallest size, it won't even fit on my wrist, it is miles too small. This is a very expensive mistake on Pandora's part. I now have an unwearable bracelets and new charms with nothing to wear it on. Although ive only just received it and never worn, it was purchased 6 months ago, so I doubt they will exchange it for the correct item.

Poor customer service. Waited for 20min, it was busy which is fine, then to be skipped twice and then told to wait outside at the back of the queue that had formed. Went elsewhere

Very easy experience with sizing and locating stock. The girl I spoke to was helpful and very lovely to speak to. She had a very positive attitude and tried her best to locate things that were harder to find within the store. I already knew exactly what I wanted and even though the store was very busy due to the mother's day sale, the wait wasn't long at all. Part of my order is a gift for someone else so I'll only upload pictures of some of the order.
