I had the most amazing experience here. I believe the lady who helped me was named Michelle and she was an absolute bundle of joy! Macarthur square pandora is definitely the place to go, and thank you Michelle for being so helpful!

I believe I may have experienced discriminatory treatment (possibly asian hate?) during my visit on Friday, 21/11/2025 at 13:48. Photo attached in case claim is made I'm not a customer. I was served by Michelle while purchasing a Stitch pendant, and I understand she may be the manager. Michelle was incredibly professional and attentiveu2014she immediately stepped in to assist me after noticing that a younger sales assistant had skipped over me, despite the line being out the door. I simply wanted to collect my item and leave.nnPrior to the above, Michelle was triaging customers at the start of the line on their product query and was directing her staff member to each customer. I witnessed Michelle direct the young sales assistant (the one in question) to help with my query, the assistant completely ignored me but looked as if she rolled her eyes at Michelle with refusal and continued serving the couple behind me, even after Michelle had clearly pointed me out. At that point, it felt very much like deliberate disregard. She was the shortest caucasian girl height wise ~5 ft tall with brunette hair so easy to identify.nnI witnessed Michelle quietly reminding her that she cannot skip customers, to which the assistant responded with a dismissive excuse, claiming she u201cwasnu2019t aware.u201d The behaviour came across as unprofessional and, frankly, concerning for someone in customer service. I genuinely hope she reflects on her conduct, as this kind of attitude will not serve her well in the long run.
