The woman from Indian background who works there has the most disgusting attitude Iu2019ve ever seen on a worker. If you donu2019t like your job, why stay there and give your nasty attitude to customers who need help? I previously went into the store needing help on stock and she would just point and give one worded responses. No helped received from her at all. Swarovski do better and maybe start introducing modules on training your workers with customer service.

I thought for a moment.nnOver the last two years, we have built a relationship with approx 10 lorriketts, who we feed every day. O stars for the Indian lady. Horrible customer service. Called to ask for stock on a gift I received in a different size and her replies were all 1 word, did not even help me with which other stores i can go to. Basically had to force the answer out of her like she was held hostage and had tape on her mouth. This isnu2019t my first time having a bad experience with the same lady. I had purchased previously a bracelet and wanted to get the same for my mum. Was in store and Asked whether the prices had gone up as I had only purchased mine the week before. Her response was u2018you bought it on Black Friday itu2019s obviously not going to be the same priceu2019 in the most rigid and disrespectful tone.
