Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service.nI came to this store a few days after buying a ring, hoping to exchange it and also purchase another gift. I spoke with a staff member earlier in the day who told me I could come back with my receipt since my house was an hour away. When I returned just an hour later, the same lady suddenly acted like she didnu2019t recognize me and claimed the earrings were sold and that I couldnu2019t exchange anything. She even pretended to call someone else instead of helping me properly.nIt was honestly one of the rudest and most dishonest customer service experiences Iu2019ve ever had. I expected better professionalism and respect for returning customers.
