Excellent service both from the young lady and gentleman staff today. They were definitely very busy with volume of customers due to sales and Xmas purchasers but they were absolutely calm, professional and went out of there way to ensure you were looked after. Everything was explained regarding product and payment and presentation & wrapping of products was excellent. Well done to them both and would definitely shop with them again.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about the extremely unprofessional and discourteous service I received at the Swarovski boutique in QVB at around 4:00 PM today.nnI was informed of a QVB-wide promotion where customers who spend a total of $500 are eligible to redeem a Swarovski snowflake pendant. Uncertain about the exact redemption location, I went to the Swarovski store and approached a middle-aged Asian female staff member standing at the checkout counter. I asked my question politely, but she responded with obvious impatience, saying, u201cI donu2019t know what you mean?u201d When I showed her the official image of the promotion to clarify the details, she outright denied the existence of the activity and rudely told me to leave the store and ask someone else for assistance.nnAs a customer who intended to participate in the promotion, I felt deeply offended and disrespected by her dismissive and unhelpful behavior. Her attitude not only violated the basic professional ethics that customer-facing staff should adhere to, but also ruined my shopping experience at QVB and damaged my impression of the Swarovski brand.nnI sincerely hope that QVB can conduct a thorough investigation into this incident, urge the relevant staff to improve their service awareness, and provide me with a clear explanation as well as specific guidance on the redemption process of this promotion.

Disappointed with the quality and lack of assistancennIu2019ve been a loyal Swarovski customer for years and have always admired the beauty of their products. However, Iu2019m deeply disappointed with the quality and customer service.nnMy husband bought my engagement ring from Swarovski u2013 and letu2019s be honest, an engagement ring is supposed to be worn daily, right? But the ring lost its shine and became tarnished. When I went back to the store, I was told I shouldnu2019t have worn it all the time or exposed it to water u2013 and that it was u201cmisuse.u201d That makes no sense. If a piece of jewelry canu2019t handle regular wear, especially an engagement ring, then it shouldnu2019t be sold for that purpose.nnTo make it worse, the store refused to clean it and instead sold me two expensive cleaning cloths, promising they would solve the problem. They didnu2019t. I felt tricked and honestly, a bit like a fool.nnOn the other hand, I own several pieces from Pandora, and once I took a necklace in for cleaning u2013 they did it on the spot, without asking for proof of purchase and free of charge.nnSo from now on, Iu2019ll stick with Pandora. Much better customer service and their products hold up way better over time.
