I donu2019t usually leave reviews, but the service at Swarovski Narellan was too good not to mention. The store manager Katrina was incredibly welcoming and made the whole experience feel personal. She took the time to chat, answer questions properly, and made sure everything was perfect. The store itself is beautiful and well presented, but itu2019s the staff that really make it stand out. Highly recommend stopping in if youu2019re after great service.

Had a great experience at the Swarovski Narellan store. The customer service was genuinely excellent, and the store manager Katrina was amazing! Super friendly, easy to chat with, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. You can tell they really care about customers and the vibe of the store. I purchased the gold Matrix 3u2011link watch as a 50th birthday gift and paid extra for Swarovskiu2019s gift packaging, expecting a high standard of service from the Narellan boutique. Despite calling ahead to authorise my husband to collect the order, he was met with unnecessary hostility and difficulty from staff, even after presenting the receipt.nnMore concerning, was the condition of the gift packaging. The presentation box was damaged, marked with red scratches that appeared to be caused by the nails of the staff member handling it, and covered in sticky residue indicative of careless or unclean handling. Additionally, the box and bag were coated in dust and hair particles, suggesting a complete disregard for basic hygiene and presentation standards. The gift bag itself was creased and visibly too small for the box, as though it had been forced in and damaged in the process. For a milestone gift, this level of neglect was both disappointing and embarrassing.nnAlthough I had no choice in collection location, I am confident this would not occur at the city store. Swarovski Narellan urgently needs to improve staff training, customer service and basic cleanliness. A brand such as Swarovski however should not allow such preventable lapses to undermine the customer experience.
