Disappointing click-and-collect experience ud83dude14ud83dudc94nnI did a click and collect order this week and the package was delivered to Swarovski Penrith on Thursday noontime (yesterday) and was ready for pick-up by 2:30pm. I picked it up in-store past 6pm after work. The Assistant Manager who served me was very lovely u2014 she asked whether my order was a gift, and upon saying yes, she packed my order in gift bags. However, she had missed giving me the gift note that came in the packaging box.nnI came in to the store today at 2pm to see if I can retrieve the gift note. The Store Manager was there and I explained my situation to her. She didnu2019t quite understand what I was saying at first, and when she finally understood, mentioned that she wouldnu2019t know where it would be and that it most likely would have been thrown out. She didnu2019t even try to at least look for it around the store. This response made me feel dismissed, and left me very disappointed.nnI paid for everything in that package, so everything is legally mine. Itu2019s like Australia Post holding your package for you until you came and picked it up. The fact that contents of the package were thrown out without my approval/permission angers meu2026 I understand throwing it out after a few days, however I came back for it less than 24 hours later. Also, while I understand the gift note was free with the order, it is part of the gift-giving experience, and it now feels ruinedu2026 The joy of gifting someone a Swarovski piece is tarnishedu2026 ud83dude22ud83dude14ud83dudc94

Hey SWAROVSKI, you can do better!nI Walked into Penrith store today to buy a gift, WORST customer service I have ever experienced, very low standard, to put it lightly she was rude and obnoxious!!nTook my money 3 shops down and was treared with excellent service.

I would like to give only one star to the people who work in this store.nWent in asking for help and because InWasnu2019t all dressed up , it was my day off I left the house pretty casual and comfortable since itu2019s my local store, I got the worst treatment and judgmental look as if I cannot afford or what am I doing here!!!nThe next day went to Miranda store and purchased everything I wanted and got a great service without judging my outfits. We donu2019t have to dress up in our Gucci fits when we go shopping we can be comfortable in our tracksuits and not be judged.nHorrible service and will never walk into this store from how they made me feel.
