He took the time to show me different options and really helped guide me through the process, which meant a lotu2014especially since I was a little unsure at the time. His care and patience made me feel comfortable, and I left that day with a lot more confidence in my decision.nnWhen I returned to the store with my partner to purchase the rings, we were looked after by Courtney, who was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was just right. She made us feel so well supported and also helped us set up a great care plan, which gives us peace of mind for the next 10 years.nnBoth Ben and Courtney made the whole experience so special and memorable. Their service went above and beyond, and I truly felt looked after every step of the way. Had a wonderful experience at Michael Hill in Narellan Town Centre. We purchased my engagement ring and both wedding bars through them and we were given wonderful service. When the ring needed resizing and special ordering, it was a quick turn around and quality work! Thankyou to the lovely ladies at MH in narellan !

Went to Narellan Michael Hill was greeted by the most amazing gentleman who was able to provide a wonderful service experience my grandsons were looking to purchase a special gift for their mother. I donu2019t remember the gentlemanu2019s name but definitely would highly recommend this store
