I wouldnu2019t buy from this place!y partner spent $1700 on diamond earring and after wearing them for less than 3 weeks the backs started to break off. I took them back and the lady told me that this happened to someone else a few weeks ago so itu2019s not the first time it happened. They wouldnu2019t replace them but wanted me to purchase new ones becuase my earring were 5 days over 30 day warranty ( mind you, it was a Xmas present so I only wore them for max 3 weeks). As a gesture of goodwill and considering how much we paid for them and this has NEVER happened before, it would have been nice for the store manager to replace the back of the earrings. He didnu2019t want a bar of it. I definitely will not purchase from here and definitely would not recommend to buy. Clearly the earrings are faulty and they wonu2019t help at all.

Someone who has absolutely no clue about customer service and itu2019s importance in retail is made the manager of the store. The manager is incapable of having a conversation with customers and just blurts out anything without thinking twice. Donu2019t recommend buying from this store.

Rude staff, they scam you. Was bringing in necklace that was under the care plan we paid for and had the manager watching me and never leaving my side. Rude staff as I had to come in multiple times due to the necklace being faulty. They tried to blame it on my partner (misusing) the necklace, when he would barely wear it and only use it for special occasions (sometimes showering with it here and there). Claimed they were going to give me a good price then said their system wouldnu2019t allow to reduce the price that low as they promised.nHonestly will never buy jewellery from here again and donu2019t recommend anyone else too, not worth the money or the mistreatment. Told my partner not to buy jewellery here in the future either. After mistreating me, they then started complimenting me in efforts to make the situation better, which made me feel uncomfortable and like they were being fake.nIf I could give them 0 stars, I would.
