Disappointed in the service team at Bankstown Michael hill I just had an question - as last time I came in at 6 months and 1 day to get my ring cleaned and one of my diamonds replaced as it had fallen off for them to only say that my lifetime warranty was now void. Today I thought enough was enough I explained my situation and woman I had spoken to was so dismissive and rude didnu2019t even listen to my situation. The last time 2 times I got my ring cleaned and diamond replaced wasnu2019t even recorded down in their computer. Now I donu2019t mind paying out of pocket for the diamond replacement but Iu2019m just so turned off from ever buying anything from this store. My husband and I come here all the time he recently purchased a braclet for me 4 months ago and he had explained my situation and they said it would be fine to just bring the ring in no problems. Just annoyed at the fact this woman was so dismissive and did not listen to a word I said. This would be the 3rd time getting the same diamond replaced too.

They went above and beyond to meet my expectations, even though my original purchase changed due to their feedback and advice, and delivered a personalised service.
