Lovely ladies work here who help my husband find the perfect gifts for me. Laura has provided fantastic service for over 6 years to us and is always considerate of our needs. We have a lifetime plan on our wedding rings and they have continued to provide free regular rhodium plating and were very helpful when I had the rings resized. They always try to give us the best price for what we want to buy and they are never pushy to make a quick sale.

One star because I couldnu2019t choose less. They resized my husband completely wrong for his wedding ring and are not taking any responsibility. We are now left with a $1200 wedding ring he canu2019t even wear. We were told over the phone the issue would be resolved once we came into store- only to be told u201csorry thereu2019s nothing we can dou201d steer clear from Micheal hill! Especially for something as important as a wedding ring. Absolutely devastated.
