Ryan Hoppo 5 ★ 2025-08-24Fantastic service at Michael hill Elizabeth. Beautiful jewellery and super helpful staff that go above and beyond to help customers. Especially Karen, she served me today and I felt like Iu2019d known her my whole life. Such a pleasant experience when you are served by someone who genuinely cares. I had a diamond ring cleaned and it has never sparkled so much. Other stores Iu2019ve been to haven't achieved the same clean.

Rebecca Vizzarri 2 ★ 2025-08-15Finally found some time to fit in a trip to MH to get my engagement and wedder checked and cleaned under my care plan as it's located out of the way for me.nThe girls took in the rings and sent me off, then didn't clean them, signed off the paperwork as cleaned and checked and gave them back.nIt was the whole reason I came in and although not a huge deal, it's a massive inconvenience for me to find the time to return.nJust pretty average service to not complete the clean and check but sign off on it and now its up to me to find time to come back and do it all over again. Very frustrating.

The level of customer care that I experienced was off the charts great. Friendly, patient and knowledgable are some adjectives that I would use to describe my experience. I have previously visited several other jewellery outlets in the area - they should use Michael Hill in Elizabeth as a benchmark to measure themselves. Well done ladies - superb!
