Went in today (28th January) to look at wedding rings. The first lady that served my partner was lovely and was willing to assist in anyway. When my partner asked how long the ring was on sale for ( because she wanted to just double check other designs) the lady turned to ask a lady I believe her name was Donna. Donna just then snapped and said it's not on sale. It ended 2 days ago.nnLike ok, I understand it's not on sale anymore but what it just so happens when we ask how long it's on sale for? Like seriously customer service from her terrible. She seems like one of those people that if she was to get the sale it would be different.nnWon't be returning.

Just a comment about the service, the staff member said she had 25 years experience in jewellery sales, she should know how to read a customer by now.nI asked for, mens, gold and Natural Diamond, I was very clear about Natural Diamonds not Lab grown.nAfter looking at a few rings and finsing the one I wanted, she again said about Lab grown Diamond, I again said no just natural for us, she continued to push the Lab grown.nI was all ready to purchase and again pushed the Lab grown.nTgis resulted in me leaving the store after telling her why i was leaving.nRegardless about how much you think you like Lab grown, or how much the company is pushing them, learn to read the room.nnA poor experience at a shop I have spent in excess of $10000 over the past 5 or 6 years.nI may visit again one day but it will not be soon.

Sarah has been absolutely amazing. From the start to the end. Friendly staff and amazing customer service. Will definitely have this store as my first go too!
