I visited this store recently and was served by a lovely staff member who was polite and helpful. Unfortunately, another staff memberu2014with shoulder-length black hair and glassesu2014made me feel uncomfortable with her unnecessary and rude attitude over something minor that was not even from me. It left a bad impression despite the kindness of the person I was buying from.nnI have been a loyal customer for a long time, but after this experience, I will no longer shop here. I regret continuing with my purchase and paying today, and if I were able to return what I bought, I would do so immediately.nnI hope management addresses this issue, as customers should always feel respected.

Very disappointed with customer service. With many other jewelry stores around, it was not a bright move. Lost a very valuable customer!
