Would highly recommend not to come to this store.nThey are very rude and refuse to honour my wifeu2019s insurance on 2 occasions because she lost her hard copy receipt and claim they donu2019t do anything digital whatsoeveru2026 even though we have been to the Melbourne and Geelong store with no issues whatsoever, showing kindness and respect with nothing but a photo of the receipt for proof of purchaseu2026nTo say this has really impacted my partner is a understatement for a 20,000 engagement ring that she has been made cry twice going into the Ballarat store due to unprofessional rude customer service where they donu2019t even try to help and look it up on there tablet.. just a cold straight up no and refused service..nVery appalling and highly recommended you cancel all business with Ballarat store all together..nthey get there money and brush there hands.. very sad and far from professional.

Ive been to many jewellery stores the last couple of months looking for the perfect ring. Deb was professional, warm and friendly and was happy for me to try on rings and gave me an honest opinion which I really appreciated

If you want customers to buy jewellery from your store. Maybe try smiling and being polite and saying hello how are you? . Terrible experience here today ended up walking away you just a purchase and a customernu2026.just cause you are having a bad day does not mean you have to reflect that to a customer.
