I would give negative stars if I can. This shop is such a big humiliation. Had a piece of jewellery remade multiple times, every time came back with quality issue. Then finally got to refund process, the store manager doesnu2019t know how to do it properly. Enormous amount of time wasted and back and forth travel for nothing. Definitely avoid them by all means.

Very bad experience at this store. Bought a watch and it stopped working and was not because of battery. Watch was sent for repairs.Took 3 months to get watch back. After one month the watch time was behind by half an hour. Returned the watch sent for repair a second time. Took 4 months to get watch back. I get the watch back, but still tells incorrect time. I go back to this store and ask for a refund as the watch is faulty. And they just want to send it for repairs again!!! The staff refused to give refund. Do NOT buy anything from this place. Go ANYWHERE else. What a waste of time and money. NOT happy!
