BELLA GREEN 1 ★ 2026-01-19The store manager May, from memory, was very rude, pushy and full of lies. When I had initially purchase a couple of diamond pieces, she seemed helpful, friendly and very smiley. Made several empty promises that I was not happy about when it came to my orders. Not once did she apologise nor did she give me a courtesy call. Beware, they will lie about lead times, take your money and forget you just like that. Then lie to your face and treat you like crap when you try confront them about it. Will not buy from them again. Such a shame as this was my local store and have dealt with other lovely sales people here and would purchase regularly from them.

He was patient, kind and adjusted the straps for two watches that we bought on the day and I would recommend him to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a product from this store.
