I had a fabulous experience with Cosmopolitan Jewellers. I walked into the store with no intention of purchasing, simply walking past and decided to pop in. Right from the start the service was exceptional. Staff were welcoming, informative and not at all u201cpushyu201d with a sales pitch. I fell in love with a gorgeous sapphire and diamond ring and as their tag line says u201cIf you canu2019t stop thinking about itu2026u2026u201d. Well that was me! Before the day was done I was back in store making a hefty purchase! The ring needed to be sized and this was a complimentary service. This service in itself was unbelievable - I left the shop late Friday afternoon and the ring was back instore on Sunday afternoon.nI absolutely adore my one-of-a-kind ring and canu2019t thank Jenny enough for her assistance. All the staff were so lovely and another lady (I canu2019t remember her name sorry!) was hugely informative about opals.nHighly recommend Cosmopolitan Jewellers - their staff, service and products are second to none. Had the most fantastic service from Natalie and Lucy! I popped in during a work trip waning to get some kind of opal piece but not 100% sure on what. Natalie took such good care to get to know me and the styles I liked, her service really was a cut above any of the other jewellery shops I visited in Sydney. I popped back in a few times during my time in the city before making a final decision, each time I popped in I never felt rushed at all and both Natalie and Lucy were so helpful with any questions I had.nnCan't recommend Cosmopolitan enough!
