I visited the Townsville Willows store this afternoon and was served by Mya. She was polite, kind and helpful. I am an organized shopper who had already chosen my products online but visited the store as 1 item was out of stock online. Mya was quick and efficient in locating the items I was chasing - including the OOS item which turns out I liked another Mya showed me and went with that. Mya is a Christmas casual and an absolute asset to this stores team. I would like to thank her for the fantastic and professional customer service given to me. I wish you all the success and hope you continue to shine within your position. I can only hope your employment continues beyond the Christmas period. Came in to willows pandora with a couple jewellery pieces (ring with Dimond missing, open ring that stacked and that had snapped in half, and charm braclet that clasp had broken off from) collected from over the year and came in store with it all today to ask about any adjustments or replacements and the lady (was unable to get name) came over to serve us, and from the start had a very rude attitude and when we gave the jewellery she diddnt give any interest and felt very judged about coming in today. Although she did tell us she wouldnu2019t be able to help us today she didnu2019t explain why. Just honestly disappointed, showing poor customer service and making us feel judged and uncomfortable.
