I came in with a very tarnished ring and wasnu2019t sure what could be done, but Macey was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment she assisted me.nnShe took the time to carefully explain how to properly care for my jewellery and gave me really useful advice about bringing my pieces in for regular cleans so they stay in good condition. She also replaced my ring for me, which I truly appreciated. Her customer service was amazing and she made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free.nnItu2019s always so nice to be helped by someone who genuinely cares about their customers. The staff at this store are incredible. One lovely lady remembered I was making an under-the-sea-themed charm bracelet and when she was unpacking stock she found a fish and set it aside just for me. Iu2019m not sure of her name but sheu2019s simply wonderful. Thank you so much I love this little fish.
