Lovisa | Tweed Heads South

Today from Lovisa in tweedcity I brought two items, upon purchase the lady serving did not mention the option of an emailed receipt, she did not mention that I would need it for any returns. I found items in a different store that suited my purpose better. An hiur laster I returned to Lovisa wanting to return my previous purchase, still rapped in their packaging with labels and all. There was a new lady behind the desk, with a man in the peircing chair at the front, when I interrupted and asked to return the items, she said there was nothing she could do without the receipt and after a brief search over the till stated that cash purchases were unable to be looked up on the system and that they would have had about 500 customers since I first came in so there was no way of knowing (it's late afternoon on a Friday and shops are closing soon, I know that's not true). I was disappointed and left the store but returned 5 mins later to ask if she could swap it for something of the same or even less value and she said not without the receipt. Also when I walked back in, she was standing in her male friend's legs (the guy in the chair), talking with him while his hands were on her. This is inappropriate and should not be done at a family friendly store with products advertised for children and it explains why she did not want to give me the time of day to search the system. I'm really disappointed in my experience today especially at a wonderful time like Christmas

Tweed store. Both staff talking energetically amongst themselves the entire time we were shopping. The girl in the black never spoke to me as she started processing my order until I had to warmly greet her. Didn't even acknowledge i was there. Her response to this was a simple 'hi'. Her demeanour was that of total indifference like I didnt exist. No 'thank you' or 'goodbye'. The girl in the white was friendly to us as we left which why I give this review 1 star. Girl in the black has zero concept of customer service.

I came into lovisa looking for specific things and was served by a woman named Starja (sorry if I have butchered that spelling haha). She was super helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to assist me in getting exactly what I needed! Thank you Starja!
