Just spent 15 minutes in store choosing 5 pairs of earrings only for the girl to refuse to sell them at 5 for $20u2026 even with this many signs up saying the price is 5 for $20. She claims the offer changed this morning to 3 for $15 u2026 but itu2019s after 10am and the store has been open for over an hour and she hasnu2019t changed the signage whatsoever. Also she seemed to have no idea the offer had even changed until she scanned the earrings. So she wasnu2019t even intending to change the signs. Thatu2019s false advertising and misleading and deceptive conduct and she had a legal obligation to honour the price that was plastered all over the rack. I will be making a complaint to ACCC over this. Maybe Lovisa needs to better train their staff on the legal requirements of operating in retail.

But, when we got served at the counter the staff went out of there way amongst 10+ people waiting in line to go through the process of piercing my u2764ufe0f ears. Excellent customer service, the staff at Lovisa are always of a high standard maybe that's why they have this insanely happy vibe at their store.
