      1 star.nI bought four 9k gold chains from Prouds the Jewellers at Pacific Fair about a year ago. Not long after, the chains started breaking u2014 the quality is genuinely poor. I took them to an independent gold specialist for a second opinion, and they confirmed concerns about the gold content. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable.nI will never be coming back to this store and would caution others to think twice before buying gold here.nPlease see the photo, I have already spend more money fixing this chain, this is the third time it broke, which now Iu2019m throwing in the trash where it belongs.

      Today my wife Debby and I purchased a great set of gold huggie earrings with the able assistance of Sam and crew. I say u201cand crewu201d because all the ladies there are magic with great senses of humour.nnAll in all, it was a five star shopping experience and we came away with the item we wanted.nnThanks a mil guys. :)

      My wife phoned up for a ring and they offered to order it in and hold it for her. As we flew in from overseas and had limited time we were disappointed that the was no ring as it was not ordered and they blamed the fact that there was a public holiday during the week. The Person helping was very reluctant to help and we had to ask a few time if one was available and from where, which she quite reluctanty looked up for us. We eventually just walked out as it became way to hard. We shouldn't have to work to buy a product. Luckily Angus and Cootes had something she loved a few doors down.
