Could not be happiernI had a really great experience at the Australia Fair store today. I originally went to the Runaway Bay store to have some jewellery cleaned and the staff there refused and were quite snarky about it but offered to send it away to be cleaned for a silly high price per piece which was disappointing, seeing as I was told that any prouds store Australia wide would clean it for free in store.nnI then went to the Australia Fair store and the lady there was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, welcoming, and more than happy to help clean my jewellery. She treated me with kindness and professionalism and made the whole experience easy and pleasant.nnMy jewellery looks amazing and I really appreciated the great customer service and it only took 10 minutes. Thank you to the team at the Australia Fair store for going above and beyond u2014 it made a big difference! What ever you do steer clear of the runaway bay store..sadly they are not all managed like the Aus Fair store.

Went in store to return a pair of earrings I bought, wanting to get them credited into a gift card which is clearly stated on their return policy. Consultant told me that isnu2019t possible. Went to the Helensvale store and got the gift card within 10 minutes. Very poor company compliance and customer service, would recommend Pacific Fair & Runaway Bay instead, much better service and sales consultants.
