Steer clear.nI was honestly really disappointed with the service at the Runaway Bay store. I went in simply asking if my jewellery could be cleaned as before sale was told that I could bring back for free cleaning and was met with a very dismissive and snarky attitude from the staff member and was offered to send the pieces away for polishing for a silly amount It felt like my request was an inconvenience rather than something they were willing to help with. Was also told that was at their discretion whether they would do the cleaning.nnCustomer service should make people feel welcome, but unfortunately that wasnu2019t the experience here at all.nAfter leaving, I went to the Australia Fair store instead and received completely different treatment u2014 friendly, helpful, and professional. The jewellery was cleaned within 10 mins, and I left feeling like I was treated like the loyal customer I have been over the last 20 years.nnItu2019s disappointing that thereu2019s such a big difference in service between stores of the same brand. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend going to the Australia Fair store instead. As the runaway bay store service felt more like dollar store than jewellery store.nStay clear

The staff displayed excellent Customer Service. A special mention to Keely. Had to exchange an item n the staff were so helpful. Nothing was a problem to them. A great shopping experience.

I highly recommend this Jewellery Store having visited yesterday.I was in need of gold clasps for 2 broken necklaces.From the moment I was greeted by sales assistant Jess .I was impressed at the high level of customer assistance I received.Having created a couple of challenges for Jess with my request, nothing was too much trouble for this delightful young lady.My jewellery was efficiently repaired with the gold clasps and I walked out a very happy customer Jess is obviously a wonderful asset to the Prouds company .Thank you , Karen ud83dudc90
