Massive shout out to Tahlana, Zoe and Caroline. I have spent a fair bit of money on gold, silver and jewellery over the past decade and it's safe to say Helensvale Prouds and their staff are by far the most pleasant to deal with. They have the utmost respect and actually have the time to assist you as a customer, and, take you seriously which I must admit is something I value due to how judgemental people are these days.nnThe manager Tahlana and the assistant manager Zoe are truly one of a kind, these girls are truly amazing. I simply cannot thank them enough for everything they've done for me and continue to do for me. Amazing service! I didnu2019t catch her name, but the lady with short brunette hair and glasses (u2018Sales Person 122059u2019 on my receipt) was absolutely amazing.nnIu2019d had some trouble at another location and wasnu2019t happy with their service, but she completely turned my experience around. She was so lovely, helpful and friendly ANDD resolved everything quickly and effortlessly. Couldnu2019t have asked for better service. Will definitely recommend this store to my friends and family!!! Excellent customer service, lovely staff members and great products at reasonable prices. My partner and I got our wedding rings from the store, after a while of wearing the jewellery they became in need of a clean, we took them in and they cleaned them on the spot. Could not be happier. Will most certainly be going back when our daughter starts showing interest in jewellery, or when my partner is in need of new items.
