Genuinely some of the worst quality jewellery you can purchase in Australia. Do not buy from here, every piece of jewellery Iu2019ve bought from here has been absolutely abysmal quality. Iu2019ve had 2 chains snap, and 2 bracelets snap also. Mind you to get the bracelets altered too my size took 4 weeks each, 10 days just for the quote mind youu2026 3 extra weeks just to have the bracelet ready for pickup. It doesnu2019t take that long to take one chain off the bracelet. The quality is genuinely a joke, I wrote off the first couple breaks to being my own error. But 4 seperate breakages is genuinely a joke. I will most definitely not be a returning customer, and I hope this review encourages you not to be either. I have bring my necklace for repair, and its been 10 days since I dropped off to them the necklace, I have been patiently waiting JUST TO GET A QUOTE for the repair. I have followed up to them, visiting the store and calling a week after I dropped off my necklace buy still they cant give me a quote. Noone seems wants to help at all. It is very disappointing. Im not going to buy anything from this store again. I have been very respectful to them but I cant get the help that I need. Also I bought the necklace from them and just within a week, the chain got broken. So dont waste your money, they have good discount but the quality and service is disappointing. There are other stores where you can get good service and quality jewelries.

Horrible staff who clearly lack knowledge about their own products, which made the situation even more frustrating. We came in with completely tarnished jewellery not one or two items, but 4 bracelets worth around $2,000 and the colour had completely changed to green and black.nThe staff kept insisting that because it is gold-plated, it will eventually turn silver. BUT the embarrassing part is that the jewellery is not even silver anymore; it has turned green and black. This is extremely disappointing.nInstead of helping us, the staff were rude and unprofessional. I was standing there speaking with them, and the staff member with long black hair and the staff member wearing a scarf completely walked away while we were still trying to explain our concerns.There was a customer standing right in front of you asking for help, yet we were treated with disrespect. This kind of rude and arrogant behaviour is unacceptable, and we expected much better customer service.
