From helping me choose the ring, to holding it, and then remaking it after the proposal, they made the entire process feel easy and stress free.nnWhat really stood out was that they genuinely cared. It never felt like just a transaction. They were invested in the outcome and wanted to make sure both my partner and I had a great experience and ended up with something special.nnIu2019m very grateful for their support and professionalism and look forward to returning in the future. I buy all my jewellery for my family from Michael Hill in Karrinyup and have done for many years. I have been remiss in not posting any reviews previously, and finally decided that I must do so. My recent experience on Saturday was again a wonderful and satisfying experience. Sophie first discussed what I was thinking of and for whom the gift was for. Sophie was thoughtful and listened to me, and then presented the perfect gift of a neck pendant consisting of a beautiful cultured pear on a very fine 10ct gold chain. We gave the gift to our daughter last evening and she put it on straight away. It looked beautiful and our daughter was thoroughly thrilled with our gift. Thank you again Michael Hill Jewellers and in particular Sophie. Wonderful staff at Michael Hill.

Went in store today to take back some earrings I purchased online. (It says to go in store for warranty). Only to be told it was my fault they are broken because I shower with them in and after only 3 weeks of wear the glue apparently has broken down so wouldnt be warranted. I said no where online does it say they can't be worn in water how was I to know that? The manager told me its not their fault as they can't communicate that online like they do in store. I paid the same price for the same product, in store or online, shouldn't matter when it comes to the company communicating correct care of the product. Then offered $35 and a 3-4 week turn around to superglue earings back together. Pathetic customer service.
