This new boutique store in the CBD is excellent. Itu2019s has a cafe and bar upstairs available to customers and the service and attention to detail is exceptional, as you come to expect from such high end brand. Although we had booked an appointment via the phone, a slight mixup occurred and we werenu2019t on the doormanu2019s list. Despite being fully booked this was no issue for the team and were invited into the store. We had barely sat down in the cafe with a drink before a sales person came to serve us. This was a great experience especially for our wedding anniversary.

From the moment we arrived until the very end I cannot fault the service we received from all staff in store (Jenny in particular). It was a very exciting purchase for us and I couldn't stop talking about it for the rest of the day.
