      Cartier is beautiful, but this service of this one lady was not. Short dyed light brown hair, Singaporean accent, glasses. Super passive aggressive and pushy and she looked so annoyed. So unpleasant. How can we know what looks good if we donu2019t try? Good service is always remembered and the customer will come back. Bad service - you lose a sale completely.

      wonderfull silver service here. much better then the actual cartier store. chocolates, drinks, perfume samples and warm kind service. thank you to Peggy and Sophie for amazing service. my advice go straight here and not to cartier store in sydney if you want a really special experience.

      The Sydney Store.nThey need a lesson on customer service !nQueue outside 10 mins. Queue inside 30 mins.nWhen I asked for the Love pendant with double chain the associate indicated NO we don't know what you are referring to.nI had to Google it to show her. Then she said Oh you mean the Love pendant with 2 diamonds in a very dismissive tone.nI then asked to see the yellow gold. No stock. So I asked to see the white and rose. I struggled to put on. Only when asked did she get off her seat and assist....nI asked to see something else in gold. Oh another dismissive grunt again had to ask for her to put it on.nnShe said she could get the necklace from melb but I would have to queue again to collect.nI bought it at the airport and there service was 5 star.nIf Cartier wants to follow this up I and more than happy to supply the name is the sales person.
