Myself and 2 others went to the Pakenham store and it was an uncomfortable experience. As I was trying to decide what earrings to purchase, the one worker who was there made it very obvious that she was glaring at us as if we were going to steal. I understand that this store may have issues with stealing and staff are trying to monitor it, however the way that we were being glared at during our shopping experience at Lovisa was unacceptable. I then walked to the other rack on the opposite side of the store and the worker then moved over to that side to continue glaring at me. Mind you there were two other people in the store who she was not watching. This shopping experience was very uncomfortable and unwelcoming, I have never been to a store where I have felt so unfairly judged, will not be returning.

I went today (Saturday) at 3:00ish and there were 2 girls working, one of which was so rude and does not know how to speak to customers. She had short black hair sort of a worlf cut. The way she kept on talking back when I was talking to her very nicely was rude of her. I'm not one to ever leave reviews on Google but I genuinely did need to this time. However one of the other girls who works here some other day of the week I think is so sweet and such a nice person.
