I visited the store today for a warranty request, and I was genuinely impressed by the service. The staff were welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. Melanie did my piercing at Sarah & Sebastian at the strand arcade, which usually she is at the David Jones on Elizabeth street. She was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly gentle and patient, and made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to understand what I wanted and the experience couldnu2019t have been better. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering a piercing!

My mother and I were lucky enough to have a soldered appointment with Cintra this weekend and we cannot overstate how wonderful she made our experience. As well as being attentive and professional, she went out of her way to accommodate us in absolutely every way. Her customer service skills are outstanding and we will absolutely be returning to Sarah and Sebastian if this is the example being set by the staff here. The jewellery is stunning and the team compliment it beautifully :)
