I had my helix pierced by the lovely girl with red / black hair at the Armadale store today (Sunday). She provided such great service from the minute i walked in to the end of my appointment. I felt that I could fully trust her and it was practically pain free! I will definitely be back

Iu2019m disappointed to be writing this, but the service I received from Sarah & Sebastian was well below what I would expect from a business of this reputation.nnI booked a u201cSolderedu201d appointment over a week in advance to have a permanent anklet created and clearly noted this in the booking. I was looking forward to the appointment and arrived early. However, just 10 minutes before my scheduled time, I received a call advising that they do not offer anklets. It was clear my booking had not been reviewed until moments before the appointment, resulting in a complete waste of my time.nnWhen I asked why the service couldnu2019t be provided, I was told anklets are u201cnot their brand,u201d which came across as dismissive, and rude.nnI expect far better communication and professionalism from a business positioned at this level. Had the booking been reviewed properly, I could have made alternative arrangements. Unfortunately, I canu2019t recommend this company. There are many excellent jewellery stores in Armadale and I suggest choosing one of those instead.

Had a wonderful experience at the Armadale store. I went in to replace a piercing, and I was served by the lovely Emily. I was running late and she was so accommodating, she knew what I wanted and grabbed the best styles, and we updated both of my ears. I absolutely loved it! Iu2019ll be back to get some more ear rings and piercings! Thank you Emily for making my day !
