I had my helix pierced by the lovely girl with red / black hair at the Armadale store today (Sunday). She provided such great service from the minute i walked in to the end of my appointment. I felt that I could fully trust her and it was practically pain free! I will definitely be back

Very disappointing quality and customer service. My husband purchased me the gossamer diamond hoops for my 30th birthday 2.5 years ago. The clasp was never quite right on one of them, but in the last few months the actual earring became very bendy in one spot. I took them in for repair but I have been told it is unrepairable. They no longer sell these in the 9 carat so I need to purchase two new earrings if I wanted a matching set as the colour will be different and I am 6 months outside of the warranty period. When we got these I thought they would be a heirloom piece, I have barely worn them - only on special occasions. The quality is poor, and looking at other reviews clearly this is an ongoing issue - particularly for this style as someone else has had something similar happen.nnThe response I have had from customer service has also been very disappointing. I donu2019t understand how you can sell these items at this price point knowing the quality of them. I do not recommend purchasing from this brand. This is the second item I own of theirs that has broken.

Iu2019m disappointed to be writing this, but the service I received from Sarah & Sebastian was well below what I would expect from a business of this reputation.nnI booked a u201cSolderedu201d appointment over a week in advance to have a permanent anklet created and clearly noted this in the booking. I was looking forward to the appointment and arrived early. However, just 10 minutes before my scheduled time, I received a call advising that they do not offer anklets. It was clear my booking had not been reviewed until moments before the appointment, resulting in a complete waste of my time.nnWhen I asked why the service couldnu2019t be provided, I was told anklets are u201cnot their brand,u201d which came across as dismissive, and rude.nnI expect far better communication and professionalism from a business positioned at this level. Had the booking been reviewed properly, I could have made alternative arrangements. Unfortunately, I canu2019t recommend this company. There are many excellent jewellery stores in Armadale and I suggest choosing one of those instead.
