Prouds the Jewellers | Bunbury

My son purchased a necklace from Prouds Bunbury. When he got home, we realised it was tarnished/scratched in various places. We went straight back to the store. They didnu2019t have another one in stock to swap. Originally they told us they would only provide a credit, despite their refund policy on the counter. It indicates weu2019re within our rights to request a refund which they then gave us. The staff (Jenni and Vanessa) didnu2019t seem to care about the poor quality of the necklace and there was no apology.

14/5/25nStore looked great and had a very friendly vibe when I entered the store. There was two lovely ladies that were very helpful. That all changed when a larger lady come strolling in with biscuits raising her voice at the staff as one of them was setting displays up. Probably the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE Iu2019VE FELT IN A PROUDS STORE. I hope that lady setting the displays was okay. I would have quit on the spot if that was me and Prouds should be investigating this terrible behaviour towards these staff members. Revolting! I will also be getting in contact with the company and sending them this exact message in email. If this is how all your stores are run - you will have no staff left!
