Today I went to Angus & Coote Macarthur square to buy gifts for two of my friends who recently became first-time mums. After paying, I very politely asked the employee if I could please have one extra small bag, since I bought two pairs of earrings for two different friends.nBefore the employee could even respond, another staff member from behind the counter (later I found out she was the manager) very rudely said, u201cNo extra bags, we have a bag shortage today.u201dnI then said, u201cWhat if I bought one item now and came back later for the second one?u201d Immediately, in a much ruder tone, she replied, u201cGo to Reject Shop and get a bag from there, Iu2019m not giving you an extra bag.u201dnI was honestly shocked. I told her that was very rude and that there was no need to mention Reject Shop, she could have simply explained it politely. Then the manager turned to another employee and said, u201cYou know what, give her the other bag!u201dnAt that point, I didnu2019t even want it anymore. I said I didnu2019t need the extra bag and walked out.nIu2019m heavily pregnant at the moment, and the way this manager behaved towards me for absolutely no reason genuinely upset me. The world already feels so negative these days, and people are becoming unnecessarily rude. I worked in retail myself for many years, and now I work for a union, so I understand bad days at work happen, but that never gives anyone the right to disrespect a customer without reason.nThe employee who actually served me was very kind, and I could tell from her face that she felt really sorry about the situation.nAnyways, I wonu2019t be going back there again, and unfortunately I wouldnu2019t recommend it to others either.

I have served a very beautiful girl name Maria and she was superb and awesome. She solved my issue very quickly and gently. I had a great customer service from her. Please keep your good work Maria ud83dudc4f

If I could give 1 star I would.nThis is the third time I have gone in to purchase and I cannot get served. I get ignored and left waiting 20 mins til I just walk out. . I had something on hold to purchase but couldnu2019t get served so now I wonu2019t be buying.
