Ive shopped at Michael Hill a few times now and every time I have shopped, its always been very pleasant. Amazing service, very friendly staff. One staff member in particular Kiri, she has always gone above and beyond to help, always listens, and has always greeted me with a warm smile. Would recommend this store. ud83dudc4c

The old short lady with brown hair is extremely rude, disrespectful and refused then threatened me over asking for a repair for an item that was faulty out of the box. Unbelievable that any company would have staff like that.

Went here two weeks ago to get my earrings their 6 month warranty check and clean. Asbolutely nasty old lady served me. I've just moved to the area would rather drive ages away to get them checked than deal with her again. I've been getting them checked at various Michael Hill's twice a year for about 4-5 years now and never had someone so rude serve me. No hello how are you, how can I help you, no smile. just took them off me and stared at me until I said I will be back. Not once has a staff member ever wanted me to leave whilst getting them checked, signed off and cleaned. I'm always having a good old chat or a nice peruse at the jewellery while I wait and watch how MY earrings are handled. I accidentally had my keys in the bag and as I was going she said 'you want ya keys' real sour like. Yeah thanks for giving them to me but gee, lighten up. When I came back legit ten minutes later she just stared at me forgetting who I was? then proceeded to command me not to bring the paperwork with me next time as it would be digital and not needed. Did she explain to me how I am supposed to do this or how it will work? No. Either lighten up or get a new job where you aren't required to face customers because my god one of the rudest people I've ever had serve me.
