Visited today it's always a pleasure. The sales assistant noticed I was holding g a few items and brought me a basket which I was grateful for. I enjoyed getting interesting new pieces of jewellery for a good price and very friendly service, the store was quite busy.

Purchased an item two days ago for a gift and went back in today as someone else has already purchased it for them. Item was unopened, in the tissue paper the lady wrapped it in when she sold it to me and had the receipt but I wasnu2019t able to get a refund or exchange it. Absolutely ridiculous. Lady said it was because it was a body piecing item yet I remember when I purchased asking the lady then and she said it would be fine as long as it was unopened and had the receipt. Wonu2019t be shopping there ever again as the returns policy is ridiculous.

Damn it! I thought I got cheated by the Chinese sales staff! You know what?! She introduced me the most popular earrings and want me to buy though at the first beginning that wasnu2019t my priority! But I believed her words! Then when I went home I tried the earrings, I suddenly understood why she tried to persuade me to buy because that was the worst and unpopular product that needs to be sold out fast! I canu2019t put on that earrings at all! What worse is that the return policy states that earrings are not refundable and exchangeable! I want to say that is the very bad marketing skills because they are cheating customers for profits!
