Shout out to Mikayla (sp?) !!! I had my watch adjusted at the FG store the other day and it wasn't done properly and slipped off my wrist today. I came into A&G Knox City today with 10 minutes to close and Mikayla was a superstar in getting it fixed for me quick and even explained the previous person's error. Legend!

Edit - Had confirmation from the company: the pushy sales lady is Sienna the assistant manager! Very poor form for management to add on unneeded things causing a loss plus adding on a care plan. Utter nonsense given this is management I imagine this is a sales tactic that she'll push on those below her - I hope those under her have common sense and respect for their customers.nnHorrible pushy sales assistant insisting she knows my ring size is the reason I've lost the ring of my dreams. Brides to be please stand your ground to women like the sales assistants. If I had any other sales woman then I would be missing the price of the resizing plus the price of the ring plus the care plan. Now I'm off to find an exact one at another Angus & Coote which WILL NOT be improperly resized. Resize shouldn't be pushed on someone adamant that they don't want it for a sales assistant to make more. At no point did I feel I was allowed the ring unless I agreed to her belief that it must be resized
