Served by operator 116122 at 16.14 today - would have loved to have the name of the girl that served us. We stood waiting at the counter for atleast 15 minutes and watched customers who came after us get served. This girl made eye contact twice and ignored me, before I confronted her and asked to be served. Older lady serving another customer sighed and rolled her eyes when I asked to be served. Honestly would give 0 stars for the disgusting customer service I received today, I canu2019t put it down to anything else except that we had a different skin colour to the employees and the rest of the customers standing in the store. Itu2019s 2025 and honestly canu2019t believe the level of racism I was confronted with today. When leaving, I told her she ignored us twice and she hit me with u2018well you need to treat people with respectu2019 - she could surely take on some of her own advice and realise respect comes both ways? Makes it easy to create a scene when the old lady with glasses yells out to leave the store and other customers who have no idea what we just dealt with butt in. I had 0 interest to even stand in a store with a bunch of rude, racist employees who have unnecessary attitude. Looked at reviews out of curosity and seems that revolting customer service/ignoring customers to serve others seems like a commom theme. Hope these 2 employees get this issue addressed from their management team.

Bought two watches that was suppose to water resistanct. But glass got blur due to water water inside itnI sent the first one for repair which got 8 WEEKS TO REPAIR. And as soon as it was repaired with in the first week the second needles ( second hand) fall off inside the screen that was blocking the other hands from movement. However I send it again for repair and bought a replacement watch because I didnu2019t want to wait another 8 WEEKS without a watch. But the second oneu2019s screen got blur in the same day as soon as it got under the cold water. So I took it back the same day for repair but they refused to repair it saying u201c it is not water resistant u201c and I showed them the receipt that was clearly saying it is water resistant. Then they say it was water resistant only for water splashes.nMy mom had the same watch for about 4 years and she was using while doing dishes it never had any issues.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Store manager Lynne was so rude and unprofessional. Itu2019s not the first time Iu2019ve received bad customer service from an Angus Coote store but it will be the last, I will not be shopping here anymore and I would not recommend their store or their horrible cheap jewellery to anyone either. After 4 weeks of my 6 month old daughter wearing her bangle it has over 7 cracks in it and is very sharp and dangerous for my baby to be wearing. How can a $500 bangle be falling apart after 4 weeks ?! And what could my 6 month old baby possibly have done to cause this?! Absolutely disgusting behaviour to try and blame us for this
